Built by award-winning builder Happy Haus, Balmoral House 010 is a great example of mixed materials and textures, working together to create a calm and tactile space.

To complement the mix, Smartstone provided the perfect Calacatta Oro benchtops throughout the home, connecting seamlessly with other elements specifically in the kitchen and bathrooms.

Featuring luxe marble veins with a hint of gold, Calacatta Oro is one of six Calacatta marble recreations offered by Smartstone in sintered stone.

Launched only in March 2024, the Sintered Collection combines advanced manufacturing technology with natural fusion techniques to create an ultra-compact surface with a sophisticated aesthetic.
