With a vision of creating a warm and welcoming home that embodies the essence of Australian living, the latest display by Stroud Homes exudes comfort and relaxed style featuring a harmonious blend of natural materials and the most pure of the Smartstone Sintered Collection surfaces.

In designing an open plan living and a seamless integration of the indoor and outdoor living spaces, the Stroud Homes team carefully considered each detail to ensure that the home not only looks beautiful but also feels inviting.

“We took inspiration from Mediterranean design”, explains Danielle Annable, owner and marketing manager of Stroud Homes Nowra. “We included plenty of creamy warm tones and curved features”.

The heart of the home, the kitchen features a curved peninsula wrapped in fluted oak timber slats and topped with a benchtop in Smartstone Bianco Puro, a popular classic white surface and one of the favourites in the Sintered Collection Pure range of whites, blacks and concretes.

One of three price categories in the Sintered Collection, the Pure range offers the most cost-effective staples and neutrals, continuing Smartstone's affordability and making the luxury of living with stone surfaces a more accessible and viable option.

Recognising the needs of the market’s varying styles, Smartstone developed the Pure range as an alternative to veined surfaces especially for those who prefer stone-like surfaces with some texture and a neutral tone to complement other elements of the interior design.

Meaning “pure white” in Italian, Bianco Puro is the purest, most pristine white in the Collection, and ideal for white-on-white spaces and monochromatic designs. It refreshes colourful and textural décor, and complements every material from stone to steel.

White cabinets complement both the benchtops and the large format tile splashback while providing a beautiful contrast with timber elements used in the cupboard base, open shelf and flooring.

Also used as the benchtop of choice in the bathrooms and laundry area, Bianco Puro is available in silky-smooth matte finish in a 3600mm x 1600mm slab size with a 20mm thickness, making it more stable and robust to withstand usage in busy areas.

According to Danielle, Stroud Homes chose the Smartstone product for the new qualities such as durability as well as its exemption from the engineered stone ban that took effect on 1 July 2024.

“We are so happy with the product,” Danielle added. “It looks and feels great. The colour selection is also great to offer our clients.”

An innovative alternative to marble benchtops and engineered stone, every Smartstone sintered surface is a 100% natural material formed by heat and contains no metal compounds or resins as binders.
